1. Brokerage Services Agreement
B6 Transportation LLC acts as a federally licensed freight brokerage. We facilitate the transportation of goods by identifying and contracting with qualified independent motor carriers on behalf of our clients (Shippers). We do not transport freight ourselves and are not a motor carrier.
2. Shipper Obligations
The Shipper is responsible for ensuring all cargo is properly packaged, labeled, and described. Shippers must provide accurate weight, count, and dimensions. Any hazardous materials must be declared in strict accordance with DOT regulations.
3. Payment and Liability
Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in each individual rate confirmation. Our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with the terms of our standard Shipper-Broker Agreement and the individual motor carrier's tariff.
